- Focused lists allow you to create a list of records in your account that are not subject to specific filters. This allows you to pick and choose which records will appear on the list rather than creating a list based on specific attributes. Click here to learn more about focused lists and how they work.
- Thanks to input from our customers, we have added two new columns to our Activity Scoreboard Report that allows you to filter by Calendar Task & Event Categories! This gives you more freedom to look into how your team is performing and view the number of calendar items they have completed during a certain timeframe.
